A load cell is a transducer which converts force into measurable electrical output. Furnace load cells are available to provide accurate charge weight to simplify charge calculations Furnace load cells enable accurate recording of the weight of charge material and liquid metal in the furnace resulting in simplification of weight calculations related to charging, alloy addictions, and metal tapping. Can be linked to PMA 100 or SPA 100 for continuous reading and monitoring of the weight of the liquid metal in the furnace.

Scrap Transfer Car -
The transfer cart is suitable for heavy duty steel production industry, such as steel ladle/ billets/ hot rolled coil/ bloom/ pipe etc. Besides, it also can be used outside, for example, transferring material on dock.
We provide magnetic & eddy current separator systems along with vibratory hoppers and dust collection. Our system separates all the non-magnetic parts like plastic, woods, etc. and dust which improves purity level of scrap and increases the yield. Our sorting system can be installed with new as well as existing setups, sometime used without any shearing or shredder machines.
